“Grand InterNational Speedcubing Tournament” will be held Online on 16th August, 2026 from 9.00 am - 2.00 pm IST and 23rd August 2026 Sunday will be Felicitation Ceremony from 9.00 am - 11.00 am IST organised by Cube Federation of India and managed by Mind Gamez (www.mindgamez.in)

Competition Schedule will be announced 1 day prior to the competition date to the participants in the WhatsApp Group. The schedule will also be published on the link here:

Step 1: Creating CFI ID

Please fill up the Registration Form to Register the contestant and create a CFI ID for the Contestant.

Once account is Created please make sure you Verify your email by checking your inbox / spam / trash folder for the email from CFI, follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address.

Step 2: Registering for the Competition

• Just type in your CFI ID in the Form Upon entering Correct CFI ID

Step 3: Sharing the Documents:

• 1. Birth Proof of Contestant (Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card / Passport )
• 2. Address Proof of Contestant ( Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License / Utility Bill)

Step 4: Completing the Payment

Once all the above 3 steps are completed you need to complete the payment and send a snapshot of the same on whatsapp on +91 9969597304

For Indian Candidates :

Rs. 800 for the first Puzzle, Rs. 400 for every additional Puzzle.

For NRI / International Candidates :

INR 1,600 for first Puzzle, followed by INR 800 for every additional Puzzle.

You will need the following to participate

• a. Desktop or a Laptop which has minimum screen size of 14 inches
  b. Very good uninterrupted internet connectivity for both devices above
  c. Age Proof. Valid original government recognized document with photo. Example Aadhar Card (Indian Citizens), Pan card (Indian Citizens), Passport, Drivers License, etc

For the Big Cube Awards, solving all 4 cubes like 4x4x4, 5x5x5, 6x6x6 and Megaminx is Mandatory.

There are many factors like age group, format of the puzzle, mode of solving the puzzle, etc which make it difficult to determine minimum criteria to qualify. As a thumb rule, in order to stay competitive, you can refer to the following chart for formats you wish to participate in:

Good news is that we accept all participants who have the passion to solve puzzles. Our moderators are patient especially with kids.

Online Competition Rules and Guidelines:

1. Please ensure that you have sufficient laptop battery and a stable high bandwidth internet connection as you will be on a video call in parallel Ensure that you position the video camera such that you, the cube and the screen on the laptop, all 3 are visible at all times
2. No Parents or any person are allowed to be around you during the entire competition session in the online breakout room. If found, the contestant will be marked as disqualified.
3. Moderators reserve the right to determine a foul play and have the right to disqualify you from a particular round or the whole game without providing any explanation
4. Please follow the steps on this page to scramble the cube. Once done, please verify the scramble with the moderator
5. Once Moderator verifies, you can click on Play button. It will take you to the game table with a timer. Ensure that you, timer and the cube are visible to the moderator. Once the Start button is pressed, you cannot pause the timer
6. Do not click "Stop" button unless you complete your task
7. Press the stop button immediately after the task is completed so that it records the time accurately. This cannot be changed.
8. Moderator will confirm if the Stop button was pressed after solving the cube. If not, Moderator will mark the solution as "Did not Finish".
9. If Stop button was pressed after solving the cube, Moderator will validate the time taken and submit it for competition rankings.

You will have to shoot video of the Contestant solving the 4x4x4, 5x5x5, 6x6x6 and Megaminx.

You will have to upload the video to your Google drive and Share the link of the same with us along with the score in below format.

Once the Dispatch team Acquires the Trophies and Medals in 5 - 6 weeks after the Felicitation Ceremony, the same will be couriered free of cost to an Indian Address

As we need the contestants to do 2 things at the same time

1. Share the screen via zoom app so the Moderators can see the timer.

2. Enable the camera, so the Moderators can see the Contestant solving the Cube.

These both things are not possible to do at the same time in IPad / Mobile / Tab

That is the reason we have laptop compulsory to participate in our competition.

The Fee once paid is not Refundable under any circumstances.

Attendance on the day of the competition is compulsory. If the contestants are not able to attend the competition, they will not receive the Participating Certificate and the fees will not be refunded.

We Send the Courier Complimentary to an Indian Address

The Dispatch team takes utmost care in packaging to eliminate this kind of uneventful events.

Very Rarely, even after all the precautions taken, sometimes due to Circumstances beyond our control the Trophies can get Broken in Transit.

To be prepared for these kind of unforeseen Circumstances, We request each and every contestants to kindly please make sure you Shoot the Video of unboxing of Trophies, in case of any Breakage please send the Videos along with the Images and send the same to us on whatsapp.

The same will be Verified by the Dispatch Team, and the Dispatch team are willing to Resend the Trophies provided the contestants are Ready to Bear the Courier Charges once again

Please note if the Contestants fails to Record the Unboxing Video and images, The Dispatch team will not be able to verify the claim and Resend the Broken Trophies.

No Claim will be entertained without Unboxing Video from the beginning till the end.
